Metrics
Metrics are the smallest set of numbers that reveal where the constraint is. The goal isn’t dashboards—it’s knowing what to change next, and whether that change actually improved results.

What it is
You don’t need dashboards. You need a constraint view.
Track:
- qualified conversations per week
- close rate (qualified → client)
- time to close
- lead source mix (where conversations came from)
- conversion rate at the bottleneck step (e.g., visit → inquiry)

What not to do
Do not optimize for:
- vanity traffic
- follower count
- content volume
