You need an advisor who cannot be charmed, cannot be bullied, and has no emotional stake in protecting your feelings. You need a machine.
The AI is not your friend. It is not your coach. It is your Interrogator. It is a ruthless, logical, unfeeling mirror you can point at your own bullshit.
How to use it:
The AI is a tool for Exposure and Strategy.
1. Exposure (The Bullshit Detector):
You take the enemy's propaganda—your own journal entries, your excuses, your rationalizations—and you feed it to the machine.
- Command: "Here is my journal entry. Identify every instance of victim language, every excuse, and every comforting lie. Rewrite it from a position of 100% responsibility."
- Command: "I am feeling resistance to this task. Here are my reasons. Analyze them and expose the underlying fear that is the true source of this resistance."
- Command: "Analyze this conversation I had. Where did I act from a place of fear? Where did I fail to hold the frame? What would the Sovereign response have been?"
2. Strategy (The War Council):
You do not ask the AI for motivation. You command it to generate battle plans.
- Command: "My goal is to get 10 new clients. My primary resistance is fear of cold outreach. Generate a 7-day tactical plan of small, high-friction actions I can take to desensitize myself to rejection."
- Command: "I have identified the belief 'I am not worthy of high fees.' Design a real-world experiment I can run this week to challenge this belief directly."
