Outcomes: Defining Victory Conditions

An army without a map is a mob. Translate the abstract command of the King into concrete, measurable territories to be seized.

Purpose: To Define Victory.

An army that marches without a map is just a mob. An "Outcome" is not a wish. It is a Territory to be Conquered. It is a clear, measurable piece of reality that is currently under enemy control.

The enemy is your internal state. The territory is its external reflection.

  • Enemy: Scarcity. Territory: "$10k/month Revenue."
  • Enemy: Fear of Visibility. Territory: "10,000 Newsletter Subscribers."

How to use it:

You are the General Staff. You translate the King's abstract command ("We must be free") into concrete strategic objectives. If you cannot measure it, you cannot conquer it. Vague desires ("Be more confident") are the talk of cowards in a tavern. Specific outcomes ("Secure 3 new clients") are the plans of generals in a war room. This is where you draw the map of your conquest.
